Schwartz Family Home Care prides itself on our thorough vetting process, which ensures that the caregivers we provide are of the highest caliber. All of our nurses and caregivers undergo a thorough face-to-face interview that tests their communication skills.
Our caregivers go through a credential check and certification that includes:
- A face-to-face interview
- Valid Florida Nursing License & CPR and specialized certifications
- Current health certificates
- Valid work authorizations
- Reference checks with work history and performance evaluations
- Background checks as per Florida law
While it is our job to screen all caregivers, deciding who will care for you or your family is always yours to make. You choose the services and schedules to meet your individual needs. We make it easy to use your home care policy by assisting you with all the paperwork and filing of claims. We also offer speedy, high-quality referrals, with live-ins immediately available for those in need of prompt care.
Nurses Aides (CNA/HHA)
Our nurses aides provide many different types of personal care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transferring, among other activities of daily living. Other services include meal preparation, light housekeeping, escorting clients to appointments, shopping, and errands.
